Scottish Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Not Good with Cats
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

SAY HELLO TO SIR WILL! Will is a bright and bubbly 4 year old white Scottie/Schnauzer mix boy who weighs 28 pounds. Will got his name because he was seen being dumped out of a vehicle in a Goodwill parking lot. Scared and confused as to why his owners would leave him behind, he chased after the van as it was clearly his owners. Thankfully, a concerned citizen picked him up and brought him to us. We searched for his owners in case he was stolen but to no avail. Will doesn't like cats but seems to like just about everything and everyone else. He's always happy and wagging his tail, eager to please and deserves a forever family that will ... (Read More)never abandon him again. Will will do best in a home with adults as we are not certain of his history around young children. Will has a typical terrier coat and will require occasional grooming. Will's adoption fee is 250.00 which includes his neuter, vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, deworming, microchip and professional grooming. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 17-03-09-00383SCOTTIE and CURLEY (female)

Scottish Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

'Little Scottie' (left) and 'Curley' (right) are a delightful Scottie / Schnauzer mix, both females. Scottie is 5 years old and Curly is 6. Little Scottie is afraid of small and/or rowdy children, so her new home will not have children under the age 14. These girls are looking for a loving family with a backyard of their own (they're not condo or apartment dogs). They have been very spoiled through life (rescued together 4 years ago) but their owner passed away and life is changing -- but they're looking to continue to be spoiled to continue their way of life. They've had chicken and gizzards homecooked for them and mixed with their dog ... (Read More)food-- they may not expect their new family to do this... but just saying, they have been spoiled! Scottie & Curley are good in the car and if you put their beds in the back seat, they will stay on their beds while you drive. They love going for walks and in fact, if you should happen to need Curley to come running, you just pick up her leash and shake it and say, 'Curley want to go for a walk? ... well yes she does! And at night they like to be tucked in and covered up with soft blankets. Really, they just want to be your babies! Curley takes on the motherly role to any dogs in the house; she will lick their faces and eyes and ears to make sure everyone is clean and pretty. These beautiful girls are housebroken, nicely behaved, and good with other dogs. Little Scottie and Curley are both spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. They are adoptable as a pair only and will not be separated. Please request an adoption application if you'd like to meet them. Adoption fee for the pair is $480.00. They will be available to meet on Sunday at PET CLUB in Scottsdale, 9325 E. Shea Blvd, at our adoption event between 11am-2pm. (Less)
